brad specializes in corporate hospitality, commercial and investment transactions and has experience across all asset classes. With a deep background in commercial appraisal and specifically hotel appraisal & feasibility analysis since 1995, Brad now focuses on brokerage and development. He lends a unique perspective to the industry, relating well to the interests of both real estate owners and investors.

Brad graduated from the University of Utah cum laude with a BA in Economics/double major, as Chairman of the Economics Student Advisory Committee and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
